Organisation<\/h4>\n

The day-to-day management of IMAS is headed by managing director, Allan Rasmussen, who is the third-generation owner manager after the founder, Henry Poulsen. We intend to remain a family-owned business as, in our opinion, this engenders positive commitment and veneration in the management \u2013 to the benefit of our customers.<\/p>\n

Board<\/h4>\n

IMAS has an active, committed and professional board of directors. Currently, the board counts the following members: the chairman J\u00f8rgen Martin Bank and the members of the board Allan Rasmussen <\/a>and Ole Tangsgaard.<\/a><\/p>\n

Employees<\/h4>\n

It is our stated policy to attract and retain the very best talents within our area of activity. Via training and general company culture, IMAS aspires to develop independent, well-educated, committed, competent and service-minded employees.<\/p>\n

We currently employ a managing director, a head of proposals and production, a head of sales and administration together with about a dozen machining technicians, industrial technicians, apprentices and a warehouse- and logistics employee.<\/p>\n
