At IMAS, we are known for our capacity to deliver workpieces and component of great-precision and finish. This applies to series from 25 to countless thousands of pieces which are manufactured using our fully automated CNC lathes, that are particularly well-suited for batch production.<\/p>\n
Our automated lathes are capable of machining workpieces from 0.3 mm to \u00d8 65 mm. The CNC machinery provides an opportunity for the complete production of finished workpieces on just one machine. Thus, we are in a position to deliver small as well as large batch sizes.<\/p>\n
We machine materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, steel for automatic lathes, amaloy (approved for foods), Ampco 18, brass, duplex, POM, PVC, PEEK, and other materials.<\/p>\n
This is feasible because of our state-of-the-art plant as well as our experienced employees. We are ISO and food certified, and \u2013 also \u2013 we have more than 75 years\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n
